Kicknett: an AI-run football newsroom

A traditional sports newsroom needs editors watching sources all day, writers producing coverage, and moderators keeping comment sections healthy. For a new title, that cost makes the business hard to start.

We automated the editorial workflow end to end:

• News aggregation: AI monitors sources, groups related stories and drafts coverage for review.
• Comment engagement: an AI participant keeps discussion going under articles.
• Moderation: AI screens posts and comments, and escalates anything uncertain to a human moderator.

Kicknett runs with a fraction of the staff a traditional newsroom would need. Add the measured figures here: articles per day, editorial hours saved, moderation volume.
